Couple newbie questions on CO2
Hey all,

another day I was binging on Vos posts and noticed he isn't fan of bag breathing. I made his device and been using slowly though I have to say I can only do it comfortably for under a minute. He mentions it's good to use it twice a day for 20 minutes. More is better. You can never do too much.

Did he meant 20min as in uninterrupted session or just approximate end result of many micro sessions that are comfortable for a person?

Another question I have is this principle retains CO2 in the body? Something similar as Buteyko holds?

Apologies if questions are easily searchable on forum, couldn't make it on my own ?

Anyone? ☺

Ray said it takes a few days to adjust ... you breathe less, hyperventilation diminishes, you get (in ray's words) a sense of "wellbeing"
